Availability of Items displayed
         All items displayed in our website are physically available in our shop or warehouse and are available for immediate delivery.

DeliveryTerms
Delivery is usually made by courier service and is not available to P.O Boxes or Private Mail Bags addresses.
Most courier companies will require signature as evidence of delivery.
Expect delivery sameday or next day working day in Lagos and  two to four working days outside Lagos respectively. Delivery dates are indicative only.
Standard  rates apply for deliveries made except as varied by our ongoing promotions.
Our deliveries are currently limited  to addresses in Nigeria only.
Privacy & Security
Information Privacy: Laurensonline.com will never sell or share customer information. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

E-Mail Security: If you received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be from Laurensonline.com, kindly report the e-mail on us at customersupport@laurensonline.com. 
In no circumstances will Laurensonline.com email or phone to ask for information such as
1)Your card PIN number
2)Your mother's maiden name
3)Your laurensonline.com password
Laurensonline.com will not ask you to verify or confirm your Laurensonline.com account information by clicking on a link from an e-mail.
Please be assured that even if someone has been able to access your account, they are not able to see your electronic card PIN information, as it is stored exclusively by Interswitch.
Returns & Replacements
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Laurensonline.com by notifying us within 3 days of delivery and returning the item for a full sales price refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We do not refund delivery costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week (or sooner) of our recieving your returned package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

The Laurensonline.com will not provide refunds for used items.Items should be returned in as-new condition,  in original packaging with the packing slip, in the original shipping carton.Failure to return in original condition will result in the returned product being rejected. 
Returns can only be refunded with cheques or bank transfers. We do not currently make cash refunds.

Clearance Sales:
Items bought during clearance sales do not qualify for cash refund but can be exchanged for another product. Shipping will be at buyer's expense.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process, as well as a confirmation email, including order number and the total amount to be charged.

Check Order  Status
If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on "My Account," signing in, then selecting the "View" button on the "Order History" page. You can also email us at customersupport@laurensonline.com.com.

Payment Method
We accept the following methods of payment: All Interswitch enabled electronic cards, deposit to our bank accounts and Laurens Online gift vouchers. We recieve payment before shipping goods.
